At Two Rock Dog Ranch, our canines guests start the day at 7:00 am and are tucked in for the night at 10:00 pm.
Please note: Due to the new Canine Influenza Virus and vaccine-resistant kennel coughs being present in our area, we have a new request. We’re asking clients to please not have your dog in any doggie group activities for a period of two weeks before visiting us.
This is the absolute most effective way (much more so than vaccines) to be sure that no dogs check in while incubating a contagious virus.
Here’s an overview of a typical day:
Dogs wake up, stretch, potty, and play while their breakfasts are prepared.
Breakfast is served!
8:30 am – 6:00 pm
After breakfast is the Morning Health Check. Handlers check dogs’ eyes, ears, coat, skin, paws, and pads. Concerns are attended to and documented in writing. Following the Health Check, dogs spend the day playing, relaxing, exploring, cuddling with canines, snuggling with humans.
Dinner is served!
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Following dinner, dogs unwind from the day’s activities and relax with their groups and handlers. Dogs are examined again — concerns are attended to and documented — before being tucked into their crates and suites for the night.
Lights out – it’s bedtime!
